60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy for all our products. The return must include all materials originally included in the package . This voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.


Discount codes used at the time of purchase—or provided after the purchase —cannot be reused to reorder the same product in connection with a return. If a discount code is used in violation of these terms and the original order is returned, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount or to process the return in accordance with the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal .

Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 60 days at info@nordicrest.store . We will send you detailed return instructions.

Do not send the return before receiving our instructions.

Refunds and Costs

  • Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Processing time: Refunds are processed once the return has been received and inspected. Funds usually appear in your account within 3–5 business days after the refund is processed.

If the returned product or packaging is not in Resale condition due to handling contrary to our instructions, we may reject the return or apply a depreciation deduction .

Issues (Defects or Damage)

If the product is:

  • damaged during transport

  • lost during delivery

  • or does not match your order

Please contact us no later than 60 days after receiving the product. Include your order number , a description of the issue , and any relevant photos . We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Warranty

All our products come with a 2-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. For warranty-related matters, please contact our customer service, and we will assist with troubleshooting, replacement, or compensation.
